Getting a Healthy Vegan Meal to Go

Are you a healthy eating vegan, vegetarian, rawfoodist or suffer from food sensitivities, if you are on the road a lot, what a nightmare getting a descent meal to go is?

I'm not a vegan but I can understand what it must be like, as I'm a raw-food pescatarian and I'm gluten sensitive.

I can only imagine how hard it is to get vegan food to go. I have to go on the road regular, and when do I have to take food with me as there is very little options out there.

Cafe's don't cater for the vegetarian let alone the vegan, there is a lot more gluten free options now but unfortunately vegan's are force to eat unhealthy foods because the options "On the Go" are non existent. In saying this when has On the Go food ever been health promoting. Not very.

So if you are a rawfoodist or vegan then hell don't expect to get food to go in New Zealand. In the Cities maybe if you are prepared to drive across town, but in the provinces very lean pickings.

Why aren't there more vegetarian/vegan cafe's or restaurants for us?

 So how can you get around this and still get health promoting  options, then you have to take it with you. 

This very problem has lead me to make a range of Vegan-Raw-Paleo-Organic "On the Go" meals and snacks.

All of these products tick all the boxes for the people that are either Rawfoodist, Vegan, Vegetarian or Paleo. They are also Gluten Free, Sugar Free and Salt Free as well are high protein.

What more can you ask for?

 RAW-COUS and RAW KEEN-WAH are "Meal in a Jar"

you just add water and soak for 30-60 minutes and then you eat.

These high protein meal options can be eaten straight out of the jar, or wrapped in lettuce leaves.
